Approach

First and foremost, I want to understand your objectives, goals, and your business.  I then go through a process to understand your Key Business Drivers (KBD).  Your drivers could be in-store, out of store, word of mouth, digital, endorsement, B2B or other. Identifying the 3-4 KBD's that are most important to your target audience will allow you to focus resources on the most critical activities. They are unique to each business, brand, and product - they are the "key" to achieving your desired business results.  Many companies are unsure which activities are most the important drivers of trial, repeat, and/or loyalty. The KBD approach will identify the most important drivers and allow you to confidently move money to these activities to achieve your business goals.
